Fellowships

Excellent students applying to the Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) and enrolling for a Master's degree in Biology and Plant Biology can apply for the following Master's scholarships:

They are offered to excellent foreign students applying for a Master's degree in Biology and Plant Biology who are currently enrolled at a foreign university. Applicants may be enrolled in the 1st (8,000 euros/year) and/or 2nd year of a Master's degree (5,000 euros/year). This scholarship will be awarded in June after a selection committee has ranked the candidates. No specific application is necessary: simply apply for the Master's programme via the Campus France or Monmaster procedure, depending on your country of residence. Created by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the aim of these scholarships is to attract the best foreign students to French Masters programmes and to encourage applications from emerging countries. This scholarship is extremely selective and only the best students can be selected. Applications can only be submitted to a single French university, and the calls are generally open each year between mid-October and mid-December of the year preceding your admission. As a first step, you should contact the Master's coordinator and provide all the information needed to study your application (CV, transcripts, ranking, etc.). If your application is of sufficiently high standard to be considered, the Master's coordinator will submit your application to the UGA for a new selection procedure.
